Common Questions
Log in to your family dashboard, select your child's profile, and choose "Reset Placement Test." Your child will retake the test and be placed at a new starting level.
Go to your family dashboard and select "Add Child." Each subscription supports up to four children, each with their own profile and learning path.
You can manage your subscription in your account settings. For ESA-funded subscriptions, contact our support team for assistance.
ABC Reading Eggs works on web browsers, iPad, iPhone and Android devices. Your child can switch between devices and pick up where they left off.
